There are over 25 different coaching models commonly used in client work, such as the Wheel of Life, Heroes’ Journey, IKIGAI, Values Exercise, Creativity Strategy, Circles of Influence, and Stress Bucket, among others.

• Each model includes an introduction that explains its common applications in coaching, the model's origin, its original authors (if known), and additional readings.

• Accompanying each introduction are icons that signify our recommendations for the areas of coaching where the model is most useful. The icons represent Career Planning, Beliefs, Emotions, Resilience, Performance Coaching, Life Changes, and Leadership. These icons help you decide which model to use based on your client's specific needs.

• Each model also features a designed template for use during client sessions. You can display the model on your screen or ask your client to print and fill it out during and after your session.

• Additionally, each model is available on request in an editable format for clients to use on their computers.

• Guidelines for using each model are provided to help coaches effectively guide their clients.

• Some models include filled examples of imaginary clients to stimulate coaches’ imagination, particularly if they have never used that model before.
